My hotel visit didn’t start off as well as I thought it would. When I got to the hotel at first, the room we got had multiple flaws. There were stains in multiple places in the room and the bathroom door didn’t even close fully. After we had seen all of the mess, we went down stairs and told the receptionist about the problems and she gave us a new room. The new room was a ton better than our first room and we haven’t had any problems since.
